CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

• Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel

RETURN

• Returns or exchanges can be made on items within 7 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened and unused products.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging (ex: plastic wrapping on grips must be kept ON) and in the original condition.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs .
• For returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the items back to us.
• For returns (partial or full) only, you will be refunded for the product purchase price only (this does not include the original shipping costs).

REFUNDS

• Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or e-Wallet). In the event that the payment processor cannot issue the refund, We will send a wire transfer for the refund amount.
• Refunds are only issued for unopened and unused products.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition.

RETURN SHIPPING

• We recommend using a shipping carrier that will track your return shipment and guarantee delivery, such as USPS priority mail or DHL/Fedex ground.
• We cannot verify or issue refunds for lost, stolen shipments, or damaged items*.

*For returns where the value of the items are over RM 100, we recommend purchasing insurance from the carrier in case of damage in transit.
